Product Introduction:
The LR-M series diesel engine is a new type of diesel engine developed in cooperation with the Southwest Research Institute of the United States, based on wet cylinder sleeve multi-cylinder diesel engines. The engine adopts a dry cylinder sleeve structure, with high cylinder body strength and good overall reliability.
Key Technologies:
● The piston uses forced cooling technology, and the piston rings are treated with a ceramic composite coating of infiltrated ceramics or chrome-based materials, significantly reducing the thermal load on the piston and greatly enhancing the wear resistance of the piston rings;
● The engine features an integral structure cylinder head and a multi-arc reinforced structure dry cylinder sleeve, greatly enhancing the rigidity of the entire machine;
● The engine intake manifold is designed using world-class intake simulation technology, allowing for more complete fuel combustion;
● The fuel injection system has been re-optimized, with the fuel pump using a top clearance plunger injection pump technology, providing a large torque reserve and strong power. The fuel pump uses well-known domestic brands such as Dongfanghong PM pump and Nanyue Hengyang AD, EP9, etc.;
● It has front and rear power output functions.
